A proposed project brief inspired by the period’s developments. This is an idea for exploration, not an announced Sansa product, an approved roadmap or a claim of completed client work.
Keep the work read-only
Choose a set of routine research requests against approved sources. Each request should state the question, the required evidence and a completion condition. The assistant may gather and summarise information but does not contact people or alter business records.
Expose progress and exceptions
Track the sources consulted, the steps attempted and the reason for stopping. Apply limits to repeated calls and elapsed time. Let a reviewer resume a task with additional context or close it when the available evidence is insufficient.
Evaluate the queue as a service
The proposed outcome is a small working queue and an operating report. Measure accepted answers, incomplete tasks and reviewer effort. Expansion would depend on predictable behaviour under load and a useful handover when a task reaches its limit, rather than on the number of requests processed.
