Google’s May 2026 I/O keynote placed agentic AI and its use in everyday products at the centre of the company’s direction. [1]
A proposed project brief inspired by the period’s developments. This is an idea for exploration, not an announced Sansa product, an approved roadmap or a claim of completed client work.
Observe the existing work
Follow a small number of representative tasks from request to completion. Note where people search, copy information, ask for clarification or wait for approval. Include the exceptions that experienced staff handle without written instructions.
Choose a helpful intervention
Select one step an assistant could support and identify the information it would need. Define which actions remain with a person. Prototype the handover using realistic examples before connecting live systems, so the team can challenge the assumptions cheaply.
Leave a decision, not a slide collection
The proposed output is a workflow map, an evaluation plan and a scoped pilot recommendation. It may also identify a simpler process change that removes the need for AI. Proceed when there is a clear owner, usable data and a result the team can assess.
