Limit the first version to notes
Use consented or synthetic recordings from a small set of support scenarios. Produce a draft summary, the requested next step and a list of details needing confirmation. Do not automatically send messages, close tickets or update account information.
Review what changes the outcome
Have bilingual reviewers inspect names, dates, product references and expressions of uncertainty. Include speakers with different accents and recordings with ordinary background noise. Compare the summary with the original recording, not merely with an automatically generated transcript.
Put correction into the workflow
The proposed prototype would let staff inspect and edit a draft before saving it. Its evaluation would record correction effort and missed commitments. A go-forward decision should depend on whether the notes reliably help staff, alongside agreed consent, retention and access arrangements for the recordings.
